This is a great knife. I purchased it because of the one-handed knife opening and because it had the seat belt cutter. It was the lowest priced knife I could find with the cutter.
Pros
The one-handed opening is great. It works with either hand, but it seems to work best with the left hand. At least, that is my experience.
The seat belt cutter. This is why I bought it in the first place.
The locking flat head is also a nice feature. Making it much easier to use as a mini pry bar.
Slim profile.
Cons
None really. My only caveat is that I would hate to deploy the knife in public. Although, it is well thought out tool, the knife looks like a serious weapon.
