My puppy says these are deliciousJul 21, 2010 I ordered these headphones to use with my Iphone when I just want to listen to Stitcher Radio while I walk my dogs. They arrived today and I used them for the first time. The sound was more than adequate and hurrah they stayed in place even as I juggled the walking needs of my active dogs. However, once I got inside and removed if from the Iphone, one of the dogs decided he had to try it out for a little snack. One chop close to the part that goes into the Iphone and the headset was was unusable. So I am ordering a replacement pair which will far remain out of his reach.

good for workJun 05, 2010 my glasses fit on my ear with this headphone and I can still hear because they do not sit in the ear canal.
Cheap but goodMay 23, 2010 The headphones only cost me 8$ so I wasn't expecting much, but they really sound great (not as good as my in ear headphones though). These are great for when I work out because I sweat a lot, so having in ear headphones is kind of uncomfortable. Also the classic earbud never worked for me since they always seem to fall out of my ears; this over the ear design fixed that problem as well.
In the end I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for an inexpensive set of headphones for working out, or otherwise. The only downside is that they don't shield outside noise very well.
Worked For Me...Jan 29, 2010 I got these headphones for running/biking. They worked great (bought them in 2007)... until they completely died on me tonight (2010). The left side ended up dying after about a year and a half of use, and now the right side has finally given out too.
They fit okay on my ear... not perfect, but they have rarely fallen off completely. It was common for me to have to keep pushing the ear piece back into my ear while running, but that's really my only complaint. Both cords are the same length, with an adjustable slider to secure the cord closer to you, I guess? I never really used it, nor found any benefits to it. I do wear glasses, and haven't found it to be too problematic, but it'll vary from person to person.
The sound was good enough for me -- I'm definitely not an audiophile, because I'm one who tries to get a quality product for as cheap as possible. I am not buying these headphones again, just because I want to try a different product that has gotten somewhat good reviews. It is a bit more expensive (about 8 dollars more, LOL), so I can only hope they will last me around three years as well!
On my second one, getting one for wife.Dec 06, 2009 She kept borrowing mine!
Pros:
- Price
- Very comfortable for all activities or sleep.
- Stay on my head, and my wife's including during exercise.
- Attractive.
- Less likely to cause hearing loss because they don't plug the ear canal and don't aim directly at the eardrum.
- Allow hearing surrounding sounds. This is critical for safety when walking around traffic. For safety, please DO NOT wear any headphones while biking.
Cons:
- Volume is lower than earbuds.
- Sound is adequate but not great.
Try it, you'll like it. If it doesn't fit, you're only out $10 plus shipping (I get Amazon Prime for free shipping). Whoever you pass them on to will appreciate the gift.
