I was very skeptical about this at first. But it's been great! I use it all around my office and at home and in the car. I'm kinda a germ freak so this has been wonderful for my family!

These products arrived in an unblemished box - no dents or smashes. Nevertheless, both UV lights were broken. One had something jingling around inside and would not turn on and the second just didn't turn on at all. I read the directions - not rocket science - the product is JUST A hunk of junk - SAVE YOUR $$. Hope they will pay for return S&H. DISGUSTED!!

I poo-pooed other reviews thinking that the reviewers were just making up stuff, especially the one that said they were not going to exchange it because they don't have time to waste. Well, I should have listened because the product arrived not functioning. I tried different batteries, but to no avail. I have e-mailed them and intend to update this review as I get any results. I truly do not have time to have to be concerned with getting a replacement item or sending the product back because I am in the middle of my doctoral studies.Odyssey Marketing UV-C Germ Killing Travel Wand
A few days from contacting this company they sent a replacement. (they are very good on customer service) The replacement did not work either. They contacted me a third time (they initiated, did I mention that they are superb when it comes to customer service?) That product did not work either. ....?... me and a friend dissected one to find crappy soldering points.
