I bought a pair of these in brown recently at a local store. They only had one color and I really wanted black. So happy to find a color choice on these that I just ordered a second pair. They are very comfortable and look great on. I have larger calves (17-1/2 inches at widest point) and wear an 8-1/2 shoe. They were a little hard to zip (with the second zipper open) the first couple of times, but the shaft stretched a bit with use and now I have no trouble zipping them. I have wanted tall boots for a long time and these are the first ones I've been happy with immediately.

Received quickly. I was worried because the price was too good to be true but I love them. They fit perfectly and have 2 zippers for "athletic" calves so can expand the width as much as you need. Able to tuck any kind of pants. Very pleased.

I got these boots for Christmas. When I put them on the top of the boot (calf area) was huge. I wear a 7.5. There was a gapping open area at the top of the boot. The fit was really off. Back they go.

Bought these because it was impossible to find decent black knee high boots that were wide calf, it was quite a surprise when I got the boots and saw that they are not necessarily wide calf, they just have an extension with a zipper. If you need them to be wide calf you have to leave one zipper open and it looks funky.
My next complaint is that the boots can get uncomfortable because the heel slants a bit.
My last complaint is that I've been wearing them for about a month and the bottom is coming apart from the rubber soul..

i bought and returned 5 pair of brown boots... reminded me of 'the 3 bears'; one was too big, one too small, one just HURT! I found these online and they were an early Christmas present from my daughter. after opening, i immediately put them on and didn't take 'em off til bedtime. the sole is very flexible, and cushioned, no 'breaking in' needed at all. I actually think i could wear them on an all day shopping trip. the shaft height is PERFECT for a tall girl, and even though they aren't real leather, they're close enough. i wear a 10 or 11; the 11 fits w/ socks and jeans.
